His journey began in 2006 at the Illinois Media School, followed by a pivotal internship at Clear Channel Radio Chicago (now iHeart Media). This foundation set the stage for his future success as a strategic marketing force, helping clients grow their brands and achieve remarkable milestones.

PJ’s career highlights include managing the viral success of the #DoItLikeMeChallenge, which charted for 13 straight weeks on Billboard and earned a RIAA-certified platinum plaque, leading to a 15-city Live Nation tour and signing a major label deal.
PJ also worked with a popular dance group that transitioned into a music group and social media influencers, helping them grow their YouTube channel to millions of views, secure a role in the Netflix movie “Honey 4: Rise Up and Dance” alongside Teyana Taylor and Bryshere Y. Gray (Empire), and land a spot on “America’s Got Talent”, significantly boosting awareness and recognition of their brand, and ultimately significant revenue growth.
Another proud career highlight includes representing a female reggae artist, where PJ secured her a distribution deal with Ziggy Marley’s label, Tuff Gong Worldwide. She became the first artist outside of Ziggy to sign with the label, and PJ also landed her an opportunity to open for Ziggy on tour for 8 dates—one of his most cherished accomplishments.
